This site exists because people I know asked what I had been building, and a link turned out to be a better answer than a long message. If you have read some of it and want to say something back — a question, a correction, an interest in seeing it work — this is where that goes.
If that is the whole of what you want to say, do not fill in a form for it. One press is enough, and it asks you for nothing at all.
The rest of this site spends a lot of words on where data lives and who can reach it. It would be a poor showing to then take a message through a form that cannot answer the same questions, so here are the answers for this one.

| Who can read it? | The site administrator, which is me. That is enforced by the software rather than promised: reading a note requires the administrator permission, and no other account on this site has it or can be given it. |
| Does it appear on the site? | No. Notes are stored as private records with no address of their own, excluded from search, and not exposed through the site's programmable interface. There is no page that can show one. |
| What is kept? | The note, your name and your email address — the three things the form asks for, and nothing besides. There are no hidden fields, nothing is inferred about you, and no profile is assembled behind the form. |
| And for the button? | A date, and a salted hash of the connection so a second press can be recognised as the same one. That is the entire record — there is no name, no address and no text on it, because the button never asked for any. It cannot be traced back to an address, and it is not joined to anything else on this site. |
| What is not kept? | Your IP address. The form needs to recognise a repeat connection to stop a script filling it a thousand times, which needs a handle rather than an identity — so it stores a salted hash and discards the address itself. That is the same treatment the application gives an email address it has to remember without holding. |
| Is anything tracked? | Not by this site's own code. It loads no analytics, no trackers, no advertising and nothing from another domain — on this page or any other. The hosting platform keeps basic visit counts of its own, as every host does; none of it is joined to anything you write here. |
| Is anything stored on my device? | One thing, and it is yours rather than mine: the colour theme you pick from the row of dots in the bar. Your browser remembers it so the site does not change appearance every time you arrive. It is written only when you choose a theme, and it holds a palette name and nothing else — no identifier, no counter, no history of what you read. The site's code never sends it anywhere, but it has one visible consequence worth stating: the screenshots follow the palette, so the pictures your browser fetches are the ones drawn in that palette, and the host's ordinary request records show which set was fetched. Clearing your site data removes it and the site goes back to its default. |
| How long is it kept? | Up to a year, then it is deleted. A note is a conversation, and a conversation a year old has finished; keeping it after that would be hoarding rather than answering. Nothing here is a record anybody is obliged to keep, so the year is a ceiling and not a commitment to hold anything that long. |
| Can I have it deleted sooner? | Yes, and you do not have to explain why. Ask, or say so in the note itself, and it is removed. |
An open form on a public page is found by scripts within days. This one has no puzzle to solve and no third-party challenge to click, because both make the page worse for people in order to inconvenience a machine. Instead it watches for the things a script does and a person does not: filling a field that is not on the screen, submitting the moment the page loads, sending the same form a dozen times an hour. If a note of yours is ever refused, the page says so plainly and keeps every word you typed — it will never quietly swallow a message and show you a success page.

This site describes a personal engineering project, written and run by one person in their own time and published under the name Mithraeum Agora. There is no company behind it, no team and no other contributor. It is not a product and not a business. Nothing here is for sale — there is no account to open, nothing to buy, no subscription, no waiting list, and no service is being offered or solicited. Sending a message through the note form creates no customer, client or contractual relationship of any kind. The note form on the contact page is the way to reach me, and it is the only one.
Nothing on this site is investment advice, financial advice, tax advice, or a recommendation, solicitation or offer to buy or sell any security or financial instrument. I am not a financial adviser, a broker, an investment manager or a regulated firm, and nothing here should be relied on as though I were. Figures do appear on this site, inside screenshots, and none of them is a performance claim. Every one is a demonstration instance's own arithmetic over price series the application generated itself — synthetic data, with no real market behind it — shown to illustrate what the tools display. They are hypothetical and simulated: no capital was at risk, no orders were placed, and a result computed over history with the benefit of hindsight carries limitations that live trading does not forgive. Hypothetical results are not indicative of future returns, and past performance — real or simulated — predicts nothing.
No brokerage, market-data vendor or other company is named anywhere on this site, and where a name appeared inside a screenshot it has been redacted out of the image. Nothing here states or implies that any company is associated with this project, endorses it, sponsors it, supplies it or has reviewed it. None is, and none has.
What this site collects. Nothing, unless you write to me. There is no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and nothing at all is loaded from another domain. If you use the note form it takes the name, address and message you type, stores them privately where only I can read them, and keeps them for up to a year before they are deleted — sooner if you ask, and you do not have to give a reason. Nothing here excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
